OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF THE SITE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US, IF ANY, TO ACCESS THE SITE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100). These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Georgia shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the Site, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
